Fusion Performance Management Approvals – Payload Attributes to customize the Performance management approval process

The default approval rule for Performance uses the supervisory organization chain and so goes to the submitting manager's line manager.

Using BPM Worklist you can add individual approvers, groups of named approvers, all users with a certain application role, or HR Specialists or similar roles using areas of responsibility.

 

Following payload attributes can be used to configure approval rules as per customer requirement :

Attribute1 -> Performance Document Name

Attribute2 -> Requestor's Username (Requestor is Employee's PD manager)

Attribute3 -> Employee Display name

Attribute4 -> Evaluation ID

Attribute5 -> Employee Person ID

Attribute6 -> Person ID of Employee's PD manager

Attribute7 -> Requestor Manager’s username

Attribute8 -> Employee Assignment ID

Attribute10 -> Performance Template Name

Attribute11 -> Performance Process Flow name

Attribute12 -> Performance Document Type
